3. Bid submission is carried out in two stages:

In the technical part, it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the Technical and Commercial Proposals may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the Technical and Commercial Proposals will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial parts with prices.
