The scope of the study includes the Supply of materials and the execution of works. The selection of the contractor is planned in 2 stages: 1) Preliminary qualification selection (current) with the provision of price offers, according to the scope of work proposed by the Customer. 2) Tender, selection of the best commercial offer according to the price/quality criteria from the Bidders selected at stage 1. At this stage, Bidders will be provided with additional technical information (including site inspection, etc.) to calculate the final commercial.
