Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:payment is made in cashless manner by means of transfer of funds to the account of the service provider. Payment currency - RUB. Payment terms-The buyer makes the following payments: Advance payment-not more than 30%, further on the acts of executed works (KS-2 and KS-3).

Comments:
1. Specify the total and detailed cost of performance of works;
2. Duration of work performance;
3. Term of validity of the commercial offer;

5. Consent to guarantee retention-5%;
6. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
6. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
7. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in case of announcement by the winner to conclude the contract on delivery under the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without the protocol of disagreements and to carry out delivery on conditions specified in the announcement on purchase.
