Comments:
1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the ETP, the submission of a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TCP) on the letterhead is mandatory, with an indication of the terms of work and the form of payment. The TAP must be prepared taking into account the requirements specified in the terms of reference. The validity period of the TAP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.
2. Applications will be considered only from accredited suppliers and only posted on the ETP.
3. As part of improving procurement procedures and providing the Company's needs with services with the necessary level of industrial safety, potential suppliers must pass accreditation No. 268 "Accreditation for Labor Protection and Industrial Safety".
Successful completion of the accreditation procedure is possible only if you provide a completed supplier questionnaire, as well as a full set of supporting documents.

Please note that this procedure is mandatory for all participants in competitive procurement.
