Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within no later than 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods, on the basis of scanned copies of shipping documents provided by e-mail (invoice, TORG-12, equipment acceptance certificate, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo to transportation).
