Auto-extension

Payment terms:
90 (Ninety)% of the price of the goods is payable within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, original bill of lading and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. If the above conditions for submitting documents are violated, payment for the goods is made within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
10 (Ten)% of the price of the goods within 30 working days from the date of signing the installation supervision and commissioning acts, but not more than 60 working days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:
The delivery is carried out on the terms of DDP, a single lot, forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The products must be new, not used. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport, including transshipment.

This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
The agreement between the Parties is considered to be reached only after the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties are considered as reaching an agreement on all significant terms of the Agreement and/or are not considered as an offer and acceptance aimed at concluding the Agreement.
PJSC Vysochaishy has the right to select Proposals that have not the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation explain the reasons, cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner of the purchase. In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, services may be excluded from participation in the Purchase.
The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer in the form of the Customer (Appendix No. 1) with the signature of the responsible person, as well as in an editable format. Quality passport and certificate of conformity for the goods. The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
