To the application to attach a scan of the commercial proposal, issued on the letterhead of the organization, indicating the cost and delivery time, as well as the terms of payment for one unit and the entire volume of both options (in the KP specify four prices: Price per PC Variant 1; Price for the whole batch option 1; Price per PC option 2; Price for the whole batch option 2). The price offer must be submitted taking into account all costs.
The winner before signing the contract must provide the sample in the shortest possible time.
