3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- positive experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation.
4. Commercial proposals for the supply of both new and remanufactured cartridges for GTN are accepted for consideration.
5. Upon delivery, the mandatory availability of valid factory documents. For remanufactured cartridges, in addition to the factory documents, the actual act of balancing.
6. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
7. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form -participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
