Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:postpayments are made by bank transfer within 10-15 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and based on the received invoice, waybill or UPD.
Delivery terms:delivery in batches to RCs, replacement of cartridges with departure to stores in the Russian Federation. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks from the moment of ordering. The product is delivered only on Euro pallets of a size not exceeding 180 cm! According to the design features of the warehouses, unloading machines with a height of less than 120 cm from the ground (-10 cm) is NOT POSSIBLE!

The supplier is selected for 6 months. This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not entail legal obligations on the customer to choose the Winner.
