| Организатор вправе: | 1) Требовать от Участников предоставления документов, референс-листов.
2) Отказаться от проведения закупки в любой момент, изменить условия ее проведения, не отвечать на полученные предложения и не давать комментарии, а также отказаться от заключения договора с Поставщиком, предложение которого признано лучшим по результатам проведения Закупочной процедуры. При этом любые расходы, связанные с участием в Закупочной процедуре, Поставщик несет самостоятельно. |
