Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 30 (тридцати) ка-лендарных дней после фактической поставки Товара, на ос-новании выставленного Поставщиком счета-фактуры, оформленной в соответствии с требованиями ст. 169 Налого-вого кодекса и товарной накладной. Оплата не будет произ-ведена до момента передачи Покупателю полного пакета требуемых документов, оформленных надлежащим образом, указанных в п.8 данной Закупочной документации.
Delivery terms:
Поставщик обязуется поставить Товар в течение 30 (три-дцати) дней с момента заключения договора. Поставка Това-ра до склада Покупателя производится силами и за счет По-ставщика. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, серти-фицированным, ранее не использованным. Количество Това-ра должно соответствовать количеству, указанному в товар-ной накладной. Товар должен быть упакован надлежащим образом, обеспечивающим его сохранность при перевозке и хранении
