Payment terms:
No advance is provided. Payment upon receipt of goods to the warehouse of the consignee within 30 working days from the date of delivery and provision of originals of invoices, goods invoices, copies of consignment notes with the recipient's mark. The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 90 days

2. To its proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST, before the opening of envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents in accordance with the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant confirms the documents together with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. In addition, provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
