Payment terms:Payment for the completed stages of work/services is carried out by the customer by transferring funds to the contractor's settlement account no later than the 2nd working day after the expiration of 3 calendar months from the end date of the month in which documents confirming the performance of work/services, duly executed and signed by both Parties and original invoices were provided.

In case of changes in the standard payment terms, the participants' offers will be evaluated at the present value, taking into account the discount rate of 12.6% per annum

But the selection of the Winner and the conclusion of the contract is possible only with a company qualified for the SPPT11 - projection group.

In this regard, we ask you to inform us in advance (before the deadline for submitting an offer) about your readiness to qualify for this group.

The instructions for passing the qualification are supported in the documentation:
• When qualifying for the first time, you must fill out 2 forms:
1) General inspections of suppliers (legal, ecofin, quality, labor protection, human rights, ecology).
2) A technical questionnaire on the material group corresponding to the subject of the tender.
• If there is a valid status of a qualified supplier (the supplier passed the standard qualification on WEBUY), when applying for qualification for other groups, only a technical questionnaire for a new material group is filled in.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Критерии оценки технических предложений:- Соответствие требованиям технического задания;
- Опыт выполнения аналогичных работ;
- Соблюдение сроков выполнения услуг/работ/поставки;
- Наличие инструментальных средств, а также необходимых разрешений;
- Гарантийный срок, во время которого Подрядчик устраняет выявленные дефекты за свой счет;
- План-график выполнения работ (приемлемость сроков начала/окончания, удобство исполнения работ для станции с точки зрения последовательности их организации);
Критерии оценки коммерческой части предложения:• Стоимость предложения;
• Условия оплаты;
Дополнительная информация:Предложения должны быть подготовлены по форме Организатора и иметь минимальный срок действия, составляющий 90 календарных дней, исчисляющийся с момента подачи предложения
• Предложение на поставку продукции, предоставленное не по форме, рассматриваться не будет;
• Предложения должны быть поданы как в редактируемом виде (формат:*.doc или *.xls), так и в виде скан-копий документов, подписанных уполномоченным сотрудником Участника;
• Настоящий запрос представляет собой приглашение делать оферты, не является извещением о проведении конкурса и не накладывает на Организатора и Заказчика соответствующих обязательств, в том числе по принятию какого-либо из поступивших предложений.
• Закупочная деятельность Организатора не регулируется Федеральным законом от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ "О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц", т.к. доля общей выручки Enel от деятельности, относящейся к сфере деятельности естественных монополий, и (или) от регулируемых видов деятельности, указанных в Федеральном законе от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ, не превышает 10% от общего объема выручки.
Требования по квалификации:Победитель должен быть обязательно квалифицирован по материальной группе SPPT11
