Payment terms:The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods to the Supplier within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, after the Parties sign the waybill (competitive bidding process-12) and the Supplier provides the Buyer with shipping documents, namely: invoice, invoice, waybill, issued in accordance with the requirements of tax legislation Russian Federation, instruction manual in Russian, as well as documents on the quality of the Goods, properly executed.
The Parties undertake to make settlements under the Agreement in rubles of the Russian Federation in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Parties' bank accounts.
The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer with an invoice dated from the reporting month / month of shipment/, no later than 5 days from the date of shipment of the Goods.
