Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

1. Technical questions about the procedure to ask using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer, the distributor, or the supplier providing an authorised letter or contract sales with the official manufacturer (confirming documents are provided by the member at the same time as the application).

3. The priority is offers with minimum price, full grade and quantity of products.

4. The vendor price offer period is at least 30 days.

5. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

6. The products offered must meet the specified specifications (see para. General project data).

7. This request for proposals is not a notification of a contest (public competition) or
public offer and not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law on the Organizer
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason
or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants!
