a) List of major customers, implementations, completed projects, names of supplied equipment.
b) Information about the applicant's mechanical equipment; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction and installation and design and survey works).
c) Charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if available (not requested from the individual entrepreneur).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for the last 2 reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Certificate of tax registration.
f) Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).
g) Financial statements for the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2020.

n) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018).
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
