Comments:
I. Подписание договора в течение 5 дней в редакции ПАО "Коршуновский ГОК" (см. закупочную документацию).
II. Закупаемая предприятием продукция должна строго соответствовать требованиям:
1. Продукция новая.
2. На продукцию должны быть сертификат качества , сертификат происхождения.
III. Предоставление уставных документов (см. список в закупочной документации) обязательно во время подачи предложения.
IV. Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
