Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата по Договору осуществляется Покупателем в следующем порядке:
Покупатель уплачивает Поставщику аванс в размере 30% (тридцати процентов) Цены Договора.
Авансовый платеж, предусмотренный п. 2.5.1. Договора, выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком, и с учетом п.2.6 Договора.
Окончательный платеж в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней с даты подписания акта сдачи-приемки товара, товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12), при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
