Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The ability to supply goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract is the supplier's advantage when choosing the winner of the purchase.
