Comments:
The commercial proposal (hereinafter - the commercial proposal) must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the upload documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time to the buyer's warehouse.
3) Products must be new, not used, not remanufactured, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
4) validity period of the commercial proposal.
5) - participants who have not attached the Commercial offer on the company's letterhead to the documents are not accepted for consideration

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
