Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The price of the goods is set per unit of product, including delivery, including VAT.
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date the parties sign the invoice at the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-coincidence with our requirements on the terms of payment, you must specify your terms in the comments
Delivery terms:At its own expense and on its own to the buyer's warehouse: Russia, Belgorod region, Ivnya district, Vladimirovskoye village, Zorinsky Log tract, page 1. Delivery on an agreed schedule throughout the year. The residual shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery to the warehouse of the buyer must be at least 70% of the warranty period of the goods declared by the manufacturer

In the auction, indicate the price for each lot of rubles. including VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to reinforce the commercial offer, signed and stamped on the letterhead of the organization.
In KP you must specify the following:
1. Procurement item
2. The status of the supplier is the manufacturer or the official distributor, the presence of a license and a licensed warehouse.
3. Unit price (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery Time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms (delay of at least 30 days)
6. Experience with GK Rusagro - years, on the market - years
7. Guaranteed shelf life of goods
8. Willingness to work under a standard contract

It is necessary to attach to the commercial proposal constituent documents (certified by the TIN, OGRN, Charter, Incorporation, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, the order appointing the manager), quality certificates for products, specifications (composition of goods).

Model contract specification and confirmation letter are supported by bidding documentation.

Proposals submitted in this procedure will not be considered without a Commercial Proposal supported by the Lots.
