Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement

Payment terms:The price of goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT.
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The delivery date of the goods is the date the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. In case of discrepancy with our requirements for payment terms, it is necessary to indicate your conditions in the comments
Delivery terms:At their own expense and on their own to the Buyer's warehouse: Russia, Belgorod region, Ivnyansky district, Vladimirovskoye s / p, tracts Zorinsky Log, p. 1. Delivery on an agreed schedule throughout the year. The remaining shelf life of the Goods at the time of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse should be at least 70% of the warranty period of the goods declared by the manufacturer

In the bidding indicate the price for each lot of rubles. including VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is imperative to reinforce the commercial proposal, with a signature and a seal on the organization's letterhead.
In KP it is necessary to indicate the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Terms of payment (delay of at least 30 days)
6. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies - years, in the market - years
7. Product shelf life guarantees
8. Willingness to work under a model contract

It is necessary to attach constituent documents to the proposal (certified TIN, PSRN, Articles of Incorporation, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, order to appoint a manager), quality certificates for products, specifications (composition of goods).

The model contract specification and the confirmation letter are supported in the bidding documents.

Proposals declared in this procedure, without a quotation supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
