Delivery terms:
1. All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and by the Contractor. The cost of the work includes maintenance of the work site and approaches to it, and other measures necessary for the safe production of work; personal protective equipment for safety, collection, removal and disposal of garbage, safety of materials, equipment and property and other costs necessary for the successful completion of work within the time limits and with quality established by the contract, corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, this Technical Specification and Working Documentation.
2. During and after the completion of the work, it is necessary to clean the territory and remove garbage.
3. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration.
4. The contractor, before signing the contract, went to the site, got acquainted "in the field" with all the conditions of work – entrances, etc., inspected the place of work, the relief and all the conditions for the production of work. The results of the inspection of the work site and local conditions are reflected in the KP, volumes and cost of work.
5. The contractor ensures the safety of GRO points, if they fall into the area of his work. In case of damage to the GRO points, the Contractor, at his own expense, restores the construction "reference points" by the forces of a specialized organization
Comments: 1. Demolition, removal, removal and disposal of trees, shrubs, their stumps and roots.
2. To assess the scope of work, the Contractor goes to the site and gives a KP, "turnkey", for a complex of works on cleaning the construction site.
