This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Russian Civil Code.
This Inquiry is not a bid (including in the form of a contest, auction or other form) or a public competition regulated by articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code, and does not apply to Salavatglass LLC Caspian" obligations under the above-mentioned articles of the Russian Civil Code, as well as the contracting contract with the person who submitted the best offer.
The request can be cancelled at any time before taking stock.
If the terms of the Request are changed or cancelled, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the Inquiry, including those related to the negotiations, are not reimbursed.
The selection of the best offer for Salavatglass Caspian LLC is based on the evaluation of the following criteria:
- Preferred payment within 30 calendar days of delivery date;
- preferred is the conclusion of the Salavatglass Caspian Model Form Agreement (a form of contract may be granted to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatglass Caspian LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Inquiry in the following cases:
- no commercial offer with price, delivery time, delivery and payment conditions is not attached;
- The commercial offer is received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not meet the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- the person who submitted the business offer is in liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against it;
- in any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
Salavatglass Caspian LLC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
