Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
For winners who are NOT a subject of SMEs: 5.2. Payment for products under this contract is made in Russian rubles according to the invoice, within 45 calendar days after receipt of each batch of products and signing of the consignment note, passing the input control.
For winners being a subject of SMEs: 5.2. Payment for the products under this contract is made in Russian rubles according to the invoice, within 15 working days after receiving each batch of products and signing the waybill, passing the input control.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
