TMC must be certified and have a passport.
1. Please all questions of procedure specify using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure. "GSI SNEMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure on the results except for the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of technical and commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
