Payment terms:
The price of goods given without VAT 20%, but includes all costs of packaging, marking, loading and unloading and delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer Mezhdurechensk, warehousing.
The buyer makes a payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products. The delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the Purchaser at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in stock Buyer Mezhdurechensk. Products delivery time: 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement by the Buyer.
The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
