Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. To their proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer (indicating the delivery time) signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
