Payment terms:Покупатель обязуется оплатить полученную продукцию с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад Покупателя (грузополучателя) и при условии предъявления Поставщиком счета-фактуры. Счет-фактура предоставляется Покупателю в течение 3 дней после отгрузки продукции. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
Delivery terms: Доставка осуществляется транспортом Поставщика до склада грузополучателя.
 Затраты по доставке включаются в стоимость продукции.
 Объем поставки является предварительным и может уточняться по текущей потребности
