Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Please read the bid documentation carefully.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
- Confirm payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days after delivery
- Confirm the delivery date on 02/15/2024
- Provide a technical and commercial proposal with a technical description
- Confirm that the product is new, not used, not restored
- Warranty period of at least 12 months
- The validity period of the Commercial Proposal in calendar days, not less than 60
- Confirm the fixation of the cost in rubles
- Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

The cost of the products must include delivery to the Customer's facility. Delivery address: Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, village. Dorozhny (territory of Krasnodar Industrial Park)


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
