Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Consent of the Contractual Counterparty to sign a standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (attached to the tender documentation). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Tander".
2. Fixing the price until 01/31/2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 01/31/2024 (inclusive), and to supply Equipment corresponding to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
3. Consent of the Contractual Counterparty to sign a standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (attached to the tender documentation). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Tander".

E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bid Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of bid submission.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
