Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without performing installation Work - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the performance of Works on the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance of the completed work or UPD for Work.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without performing installation Work - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the performance of Work on the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance of the completed work or UPD for Work.
2. Fixing the price until 31.12.2023 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 31.12.2023 (inclusive), and deliver Equipment conforming to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
3. The installation period is no more than 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment.

EDS is not required
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot take part in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants.
