Price fixing until 12/31/2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer before 12/31/2024 (inclusive), and deliver Equipment that complies with the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
Calculations for each batch of Equipment are made with a delay of 60 cal. days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD.

Fixing the price of 1 piece of equipment and confirming the fixing of prices for works when dividing volumes between the Bidders of the procedure
The buyer has the right to unilaterally change the amount of equipment within 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease). At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days.
Other requirements and explanations
Delivery of equipment + the service "Unloading of the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor, unpacking" for each object should be taken into account in the cost of 1 piece of equipment within each lot. Additionally, it is necessary to fill in the "Details" file from the tender documentation, without a completed Commercial Proposal file with B2B will not be considered. Also, this file contains an address program indicating the priority ranks of objects.
"The service "Unloading the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor" includes:
1. Unloading the vehicle
2. Bringing equipment into the trading floor
3. Moving to the installation site in accordance with the Planogram"
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
