Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

IMPORTANT! Required terms for participants:
1. Payment terms - deferral 60 cal.days
2. Guarantee - according to model contract (attached), unless otherwise specified in TK, indicate in months
(at least 24 months)
3. Offer expiration period is not less than 60 kd.
4. If there is no current contract with Tander, confirm the signing of the model form (the template is attached in the competition documentation)

IMPORTANT! Your offer will be based on the price WITHOUT VAT.
Important! Do not allow any kopecks in the offer when VAT is allocated. (Example 27,333333)

The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.
