Comments:
Payment Terms - Payment by Delivery. The price of the item is billed per unit of products, including VAT. Payment of the item is made by the buyer within 50 calendar days from the date of delivery. The date of delivery of the goods is considered the date the parties sign the invoice in the Buyer's warehouse

Contract\ specification, as a result of this trade procedure is possible only by meeting all conditions and providing a complete package of documents according to the word nested "List documents for the conclusion of the contract."
Contracting party OBLIGABLY, must support the Commercial Proposal on Form in the subfile, with signature and seal (in case there is no CP of the relevant ETP, the offer will not be reviewed)

Commercial Proposal Requirement:

KP EXPIRES within 30 business days after the completion of the procedure!!!
- Delivery time (calendar days);
- Warranty period
- Cost with VAT per lot unit, RUB, total cost of KP (Commodity price must include all expenses);
- Payment Terms (Payment shall be made by the Buyer within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods;
- Experience: with Rusagro (yes/no); on the market years;
- Readiness to work on a model contract and specification, contract, annexes and specification according to the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment). If there is no refusal in the KP under the model contract of Tambov Bacon LLC - by default is considered as the consent of the work under the model contract;
- Supplier status: manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
- product quality certificates, specification (composition).


THE COMMERCIAL OFFER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

- without an attached file, a commercial offer to Lot corresponding to the results of the trading procedure
- without a package of documents according to word "List of documents for contract"
- without consent with the FNS to disclose tax secrets under codes 1100 and 1400. Consent must be registered on the AGC Charter website and reflected on this information resource when verified.
This trading procedure is one-step, and there will be no retrading.
