Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B shopping system "B2B-Cordiant" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the established order and possessing the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in case of declaring it the winner to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of OJSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
5) It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer with the indication of the delivery time.
6) The winner is selected for each item separately (on-line purchase) based on the minimum prices for the positions. You can purchase the lot with the best prices and conditions.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to deliver a certain position at the price offered at the tender, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier who submitted the bid for the second cheapest offer for this position.
