Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods to the Buyer's warehouse (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse (Nizhny Bestyakh, RS(Ya)). The price includes delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the specified address.

This request is not a public offer.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

In the proposed Commercial Proposals, specify:
1) The cost of the goods with included transportation costs (including VAT);
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, authorized dealer);
7) Warranty.

In case of non-compliance of the cargo packaging with GOST 15846-2002, the cargo will not be accepted by the warehouse!!!
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
