Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding shipment of Goods within 15 (fifteen) bank days from the date of shipment of the respective shipment of Goods, based on the provided via e-mail scancopies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, acceptance and transfer of equipment, carrier invoice on acceptance of goods for carriage).
Delivery terms:

7. Specify the dimensions of each item and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. When shipped, a packing list shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled informatively, without comments - "in KP".

If you can deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer's warehouse/Port Magadan). Delivery costs must be specified in the KP in a separate line.
Criteria for determining the
