Comments:
1. This notice is not a tender notice and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected the participant who proposed in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposal, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for quotations.

4. After the end of trading in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the last price in electronic form to the e-mail: ONPantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of offers. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration on the merits.
For counterparties who pre-registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial proposal), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
A prerequisite for providing a file with documents in the request for prices confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

(без НДС), на условиях: отсрочка платежа 60 календарных дней, поставка партиями по заявке Покупателя в течение 7 календарных дней в период с января по декабрь 2021 года, доставка до склада Поставщика. 2. Отклонить предложение по наименьшей цене по позиции № 2 ЗАО "Кузнецкий Альянс" в связи с дополнительными затратами на доставку товара. 3. Отклонить предложение по наименьшей цене по позиции №№ 6, 16, 18 ООО ТД "МОНОЛИТ" в связи с поставкой товара одной партией и длительный срок поставки.
