Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

In the bidding indicate the price for each lot of rubles. including VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is imperative to reinforce the commercial proposal, with a signature and a seal on the organization's letterhead.
In KP it is necessary to indicate the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms
6. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies - years, in the market - years
7. Product Expiration Guarantee

It is necessary to attach the constituent documents to the commercial proposal (certified TIN, PSRN, Articles of Incorporation, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, order on the appointment of the head), quality certificates for products, specifications (composition of goods).

The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.

Proposals declared in this procedure, without a quotation supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
