2. The goods supplied shall be new, serviceable and suitable for further use by the purchaser. It is not allowed to supply the second-hand goods.
3. It is recommended to fill in the form of the commercial proposal loaded to the purchase documentation. In case of impossibility to fill in this form, in the commercial offer it is necessary to specify:
- The cost of the TMSC with VAT, taking into account the delivery to the buyer's warehouse, taking into account the packaging.
