Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The cost of the supplied products includes: cost of production, VAT, costs associated with customs clearance of import of mass spectrometers with full compliance with the export control requirements of the Russian Federation, preparation of the original Certificate of Origin of the product issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of origin, certification (certificates of origin quality, compliance), state initial verification, commissioning, initial training, additional briefing of customer personnel in Seversk, warranty service within 24 months from the date of equipment start-up, the cost of packaging, insurance, payment of customs duties, fees and other obligatory payments for the execution of the Agreement.
Payment for products is made by the Buyer within _45 calendar ___ days from the date of delivery of the product in two stages:
1. stage - 90% of the contract value from the moment of receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse in full according to the specification (Appendix No. 1) with the provision of originals of shipping documents (waybill, invoice) and a full set of accompanying (technical) documentation in Russian.
2. stage - 10% of the contract value upon completion of commissioning, initial training, additional briefing of the Customer’s personnel at the location of the Customer in Seversk, adopted on the basis of the certificate of completion.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
