Payment for the goods will be effected upon delivery of the goods within 10 (ten) banking days after the documents are provided to the Buyer: documents on the certification of goods, a technical passport for the goods in Russian and / or the user's manual (operation manual) in the Russian language, issued warranty cards or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) product numbers and warranty period, invoice, invoices issued to the Buyer, a commodity waybill in the form of TORG-12 and the signing of an acceptance / transfer certificate.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
