Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Type of delivery - self-removal by forces and at the expense of the customer. Apply technical specifications of the proposed models. Reduced delivery times are welcome. The consent of the participant to sign the standard contract form in the edition of JSC Tander should be without any proposals from the participant of the competition to amend the model form of the contract.

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
