Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the warehouse of shipping company in Omsk shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B shopping system "B2B-Cordiant" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the established order and possessing the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in the event that it is announced by the winner that it has concluded a delivery agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
5) It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer specifying the terms of delivery and terms of payment, and the Certificate (representative, partner ...)
6) Only offers are accepted from bidders on the B2B-Center site.
7) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, but he is not in a position to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information on the status of the supplier should be present on the website of the manufacturer), his proposal for the supply of goods and materials is considered in case of the consent of the counterparty to include in the contract of delivery penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount of the shipment of goods and materials supplied in the event of delivery of non-conforming material specifications (delivery "unoriginal th »ТМЦ), and granting of 100% of a delay not less than 14 days.
