| Delivery terms: | Delivery period is 10 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier delivers the goods at their own expense and in-house to the Buyer's warehouse. The delivery is taken from the factories of manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, official dealers and distributors. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon admission to the warehouse is mandatory. The delivered goods must be new and not restored. When shipping the goods, the obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the UK Model Agreement. |
