Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) The products must be new, not used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
3) The attitude of your company to the products (manufacturer, dealer, manufacturer's representative, etc.) – it is necessary to back up the supporting documents.
4) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo marking").
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
8) A packing list must be enclosed/attached to each cargo place with Goods, as well as to each cargo place.
9) It is necessary to upload a Technical and Commercial Proposal certified by the signature of the manager and a seal indicating all the requested delivery conditions.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
