- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).

Acceptance of bids by e-mail is completed within 6 hours before the end of the procedure, loading of bids for bidding is possible up to 4 hours before the end.
