Payment to the Supplier is made on the fact of delivery on the basis of the invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of documents confirming receipt of Products (Acts of receiving-transfer of Products, or consignment notes (TORG-12 ), or Universal transfer documents (UPD)), provided the delivery of Products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness (confirmed by the positive Act of input control and/or (necessary to specify) positive Conclusion (ACT) Acceptance Products), and submissions by the Supplier of documents named in paragraph 3.5. of this Agreement (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Treaty).
