Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment is made within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the consignee.
Delivery terms:
The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Goods and is not paid separately by the Buyer.
Comments: 1. The Bidding procedure is carried out in one stage, in which rebidding is not planned and will not be carried out, therefore we ask Bidders to make a bid with the maximum possible discounts or to go down in price, focusing on the rank of the price and place a bet on price reduction.
2. This volume is indicated for the 2nd half of 2024 - the 1st half of 2025, according to the current bid from the initiator with uniform delivery by month, with a volume tolerance of +/- 30%
3. The drawing and manufacturing materials for the proposed products are presented in the attached file.
4. Taking into account long-term logistics, we ask the winner to keep the quarterly volume of products in stock, on our part we guarantee the redemption of the annual declared volume with a tolerance of +- 30%
5. In case of changes in product prices, the Supplier is obliged to notify the Buyer no later than 30 calendar days in advance.
6. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required.
7. Buyer's contract form.
8. It is mandatory to have a letter from the manufacturer to represent his interests in tenders.
9. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
